With over 35 years of senior HR leadership experience across some of the UK's most recognised organisations, including Boots, The Co-operative Bank and RSA Insurance, I've spent my career helping leaders build confident teams, strengthen workplace cultures and create environments where people can thrive.

Throughout my career, I've partnered with leaders at every level to navigate organisational change, develop leadership capability, improve employee engagement and create workplace cultures that deliver both commercial success and positive employee experiences.

More recently, I became a Certified Menopause Coach, extending my work into one of the most important workplace conversations facing organisations today. I believe supporting colleagues through menopause isn't simply about wellbeing. It's about leadership, inclusion, retaining experienced talent and creating workplaces where people feel valued and supported at every stage of their career.

My approach is calm, authentic and practical. I believe the best business results happen when people feel valued, heard, clear about expectations and connected to a meaningful purpose.
